At Nettleworth each class participate in Take Five daily.
Take Five is a safe universal resilience and capacity building skill-set based on breathing, grounding and awareness.
Each week we complete different breathing practices including 'Basic Seated Practice', 'Grounding Practice', 'Standing Tall Practice', 'Gentle Tension Release Practice' and the 'Colour Breathing Practice'.
These practices are designed to be very portable and flexible, and can be done nearly anywhere. When we have finished the practices we enjoy one extra spacious breath and go about our day feeling more calm and settled.
