Free School Meals

The Governments Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) started from September 2014 and provides all pupils with a 'free' school meal from Foundation 2 to Year 2.

You can make a claim if you fall into the necessary criteria - Please click on the web link below for further details (even if your child will receive ‘universal’ infant free school meals).

This doesn’t mean your child ‘has’ to have a school meal, they can still bring sandwiches although we will actively encourage the take up of a school meal. 

It does mean that your child can receive free milk from Coolmilk, receive a school packed lunch on trips out, receive reduced rate trips and can have a free school meal if they wish.
